The short version

Most projects start with one question: "Can all of this work together?" That is where Techspirit Solutions fits. We design, install, program and support connected systems for homes and businesses, so automation, AV, security and networks are planned as one system instead of separate pieces.

Do you work with both homes and businesses?

Yes. We work with homeowners, builders, business owners and property managers on residential and commercial technology projects.

What does Techspirit Solutions install?

We install smart home automation, Control4 systems, home theatre, audio/video, boardroom AV, security cameras, access control, smart alarm systems, network cabling and WiFi.

Can you help if I do not know exactly what I need?

Yes. That is common. We start by understanding your space, what is not working, and what you want the system to do. Then we recommend a practical setup.

Do you only install new systems?

No. We can also review existing systems, clean up poor installations, take over support where possible, and recommend what should stay, change, or be replaced.

Residential

Smart homes, theatres and everyday control

What makes a home “smart” in a proper way?

A proper smart home is not just a pile of apps. The lights, shades, audio, climate, cameras, locks and WiFi should work together in a way your family will actually use.

Can I start with one room and expand later?

Yes. Many homeowners start with a media room, lighting scenes or security, then expand into shades, climate, audio and full-home control later. The key is designing the first phase properly.

Should I call before renovation or after?

Before renovation is better if walls will be open. It gives more options for wiring, speakers, keypads, cameras and network points. Finished homes can still be upgraded, but early planning usually gives a cleaner result.

Can smart home automation be added to an older home?

Yes. Finished homes can often be upgraded using a mix of wireless devices, clean wiring routes and careful planning around what is already built.

Can my family still use normal switches and remotes?

Yes. A good system should not make the home harder to use. We usually keep everyday control simple with keypads, remotes, touchscreens and app access where it makes sense.

Control4

One platform for connected control

Are you a Control4 dealer?

Yes. Techspirit Solutions is an authorized Control4 dealer. We design, install, program and support Control4 systems for homes and businesses.

What can Control4 control?

Control4 can bring together lighting, audio, video, climate, shades, security cameras, locks, alarms and room control into one simple interface.

Do I need a dealer for Control4?

Yes. Control4 systems are professionally designed, installed and programmed through authorized dealers so the system fits the property instead of being treated like a boxed kit.

Can you take over an existing Control4 system?

Yes. We can review an existing system, check the hardware and programming, fix what is not working and support it going forward where possible.

Is Control4 only for large homes?

No. It can work for a single media room, a condo, a larger home or a commercial space. The right design depends on the rooms, devices and goals.

Theatre & AV

Rooms that are easy to watch, hear and control

Do I need a dedicated theatre room?

No. A dedicated theatre is great if you have the space, but many homes are better served by a media room that still works as a normal living area.

Projector or large TV?

It depends on the room. Projectors work best in controlled light and larger screen sizes. Large displays often work better in brighter everyday rooms. We review the space before recommending either.

Can you hide the equipment and wiring?

Yes. Clean wiring and equipment placement are part of the design. The goal is a room that looks finished, not like a pile of gear.

Can the theatre connect with the rest of the smart home?

Yes. Lighting, shades, audio, video and room control can be tied into the same control experience where the system design supports it.

Do you also do whole-home audio?

Yes. Whole-home audio, outdoor speakers and multi-room audio can be planned with the theatre or handled as a separate AV project.

Commercial

Boardrooms, offices and business systems

What types of businesses do you work with?

We work with offices, retail spaces, restaurants, clinics, warehouses and other commercial properties that need AV, security, access control, cabling or WiFi planned properly.

Can you fix a boardroom that is hard to use?

Yes. We can review the display, microphones, speakers, video calls, cabling, input switching and room control. Meetings should start without someone fighting the system.

Do you handle both AV and network cabling?

Yes. That is one of the reasons to use one integrator. Boardroom AV, cameras, access control and WiFi all depend on the network underneath.

Can you help with more than one location?

Yes, if the scope is planned properly. We can help standardize equipment, wiring, documentation and support across multiple locations.

Do you provide a written plan?

For commercial work, yes. We can walk the space, review what is failing or missing, then provide a clear scope so you know what should be installed and why.

Security

Cameras, alarms and access control

Do you install security cameras?

Yes. We install camera systems for homes and businesses, including camera placement, recording setup, remote viewing and network planning.

Can cameras, alarms and access control work together?

Yes. They are usually stronger when planned together. Cameras help with visibility, alarms help with alerts, and access control manages who can enter.

Do you install smart alarm systems?

Yes. Techspirit Solutions designs smart alarm systems with app control, intrusion detection, sirens, camera verification and security integration.

Do you provide alarm monitoring?

Monitoring options can be arranged depending on the property and requirements — we'll cover this during your consultation.

Is this only for commercial properties?

No. Cameras, smart alarms and access control can be planned for both residential and commercial properties, depending on the need.

Network

The part everything depends on

Why does the network matter so much?

Automation, cameras, AV, alarms and access control all depend on reliable connectivity. If the network is weak, the rest of the system feels unreliable.

Do you install network cabling?

Yes. We install structured cabling, low-voltage wiring, camera cabling, AV wiring, data points and network racks.

Can you improve WiFi in a large home?

Yes. Large homes often need properly placed access points, not just a stronger router. We design WiFi around the layout, construction and usage of the home.

Can you improve WiFi for a business?

Yes. We work on commercial WiFi for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses and other business environments where coverage and reliability matter.

Do you clean up messy network racks?

Yes. We can review, label, clean up and reorganize network equipment so it is easier to service and support.

How it works

What to expect after you contact us

What happens after I book a consultation?

We review your request, ask the right questions and schedule a call or visit if needed. The goal is to understand the space before recommending anything.

Do you give pricing over the phone?

Sometimes we can give a rough range, but proper pricing depends on the space, wiring, equipment, programming and finish level. A consultation gives you a much better answer.

Will you try to replace everything I already have?

Not automatically. We review what you have and tell you what can stay, what should be fixed and what is worth upgrading.

Do you support the system after installation?

Yes. We support changes, additions, service work and upgrades after the installation.

Do you work with builders or contractors?

Yes, where the project requires it. For new builds and renovations, early planning helps with wiring, speaker placement, keypad locations, racks and future upgrades.
